One of our key differentiators is our 2-to-1 customer service-to-sales ratio. For every sales professional on our team, we have two dedicated service technicians. This structure reflects our priorities—we believe exceptional ongoing support matters more than aggressive sales tactics.
All our technicians are factory trained by Kyocera or Canon, and two hold Kyocera Master Technician status. When clients need emergency service, we respond the same day. This isn't just a promise; it's how we've operated for 40 years.
We also leverage Kyocera Fleet Services (KFS), a cloud-based monitoring system that tracks printed pages and toner consumption across our clients' equipment.
